Putting our Associates and Customers First: Outsell’s Response to the Coronavirus (COVID -19)

As novel coronavirus (COVID-19) diagnoses continue to increase around the world, Outsell is committed to providing a safe environment for our Associates and ensuring business continuity for our customers and partners.

We are taking increased measures to maintain business continuity and protect the health of our Associates. We are currently taking the following measures of precaution:

Virtual Office Status

We have moved to a 100% Virtual Office scenario for All Associates. We have historically had deep levels of empowerment across the organization and have been able to work effectively in a virtual environment. We have ensured that our team members have whatever they need to work remotely and to continue doing their jobs securely. Earlier this week, we conducted a dry run of a company-wide Virtual Office and were pleased with the results.

Outsell Technology

We are confident that the Coronavirus will not impact the Outsell platform performance. As a cloud-based SaaS company with an extremely strong infrastructure, we are prepared to manage business continuity challenges virtually. Outsell’s enterprise-class platform is completely cloud-based on Amazon Web Services (AWS), with robust backup and redundancy capabilities. We anticipate no impact to our service and believe in our ability to keep the platform running and expanding as usual, with no interruption.

Company Travel

We have cancelled all business travel and recommended that our Associates avoid non-urgent personal travel as well.

Events

We have postponed all planned events, parties, meet-ups, and participation in industry conferences.

We know that this is a stressful and uncertain time. We wish you all good health. Hopefully this helps inform you of how Outsell is preparing and reacting – and how we are keeping our Associates safe.

Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions or inquiries. You may contact us directly at info@outsell.com.
