Internet auto sales and marketing firm Outsell, announces a 32% quarter over quarter growth rate in Dealer eNewsletter clients for the second quarter of 2008.

The study revealed that Outsell's Live Chat programs continue to play a crucial role in driving sales and customer satisfaction. 85.4% of users gave the online chat service an "A" or "B" grade when asked about their satisfaction with the channel -- This compares with 31.9% for phone and 40.1% for email. 80.5% said they plan on visiting that specific dealership following their live chat experience, and when asked on a scale of 0-100, to what extent the Live Chat interaction positively affected their decision to use the dealership for Sales, Service or Parts, the average user response was 77.56 out of 100.
